Todd Beck
Todd was born and raised in Prior Lake and Shorewood MN attending Mayer Lutheran High School and Concordia College. After College he joined the USMC where he repaired Huey and Cobra helicopters. Todd was also a Rifle Coach and multiple award Rifle Expert. Todd stayed in the Reserves and Guard and eventually retired as a First Sgt. While in the reserves, Todd began his Law Enforcement Career in Southern California and worked Patrol, SWAT, and was the department Armorer. Todd moved back to MN and finished his career with the Scott County Sheriffs Office where he worked as a Detective, SWAT Commander, and performed gun repair. Todd has been teaching Permit to Carry Classes in MN since 2010.

Jeff Wickham
Jeff was born in California but raised in Michigan where he graduated from Milford High School in 1990. He joined the Marine Corps after graduating and specialized in explosives and ammunition. After being discharged honorably, he started his career in law enforcement at the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department in Michigan. Jeff served in many different capacities but enjoyed working as a drill instructor at the Regimented Inmate Disciplinary Program. In 2005 Jeff moved to California and began working for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. He graduated #1 in the sheriff’s police academy and was voted class Sergeant by his peers. Jeff ended his career with the Scott County Sheriffs Office where he was an FTO and a SWAT operator for the Tri-city SWAT team. Since retiring in 2014, Jeff has received several firearms instructor certifications from USCCA and the NRA and has been teaching Permit to Carry since 2015.

Kimberly Beck
Kimberly was born and raised in Richfield MN attending Richfield schools and Concordia College, where Todd and Kimberly met. After College Todd and Kimberly were married and Kimberly work on base at Camp Pendletons Child Care Center. Kimberly later worked at the Port Huenume Child Care center near Ventura CA. In MN Kimberly has worked at MN Horse and Hunt since 2020 as a manager and member services coordinator running the clay leagues. Kimberly is a registered clay shooter, shooting in competitions around the country with Todd.
